In my current role with the Marshall Advanced Manufacturing Center, I design and deliver hands-on, industry-aligned training that prepares individuals for high-demand technical careers. My work focuses on bridging education and industry by developing competency-based training programs, collaborating with workforcepartners, and ensuring learners gain job-ready skills. Throughout my career, I have led large-scale instructional improvement initiatives, supported educators through professional development, and used data-driven strategies to strengthen student outcomes.
